Nicolai S. Rottbøll is the CEO and founder of Quercus Group. Prior to founding Quercus Group, he established and managed Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster, which earned him international recognition as expert on cluster development and green transition. Nicolai is a talented networker, facilitator and excellent in bringing people together around joint efforts. People and relationships are always at the center of his approach. Today, he manages a team across three offices, clients and projects around the world across sectors, and continues to help others to achieve more and better outcomes through effective partnerships.
Wadim Baslow is a senior project manager at Quercus Group. Besides managing a range of engagement in Quercus Group’s international project portfolio, Wadim heads the company’s conceptual, strategic and methodological sustainability, collaboration and innovation practice and service. He worked together with foreign ministries, civic society, corporates and business organizations.
